The school's mission

The mission of ELISA Aerospace is to train scientific engineers and technical experts in systems engineering and senior technicians in the fields of aerospace and the transport of the future, which innovative companies need to meet today’s challenges and ensure their growth, both in France and abroad.

In addition to the essential scientific and technical skills and knowledge, ELISA Aerospace’s training program is designed to develop the know-how and interpersonal skills needed to take part in innovative projects.

Governance

Elisa Aerospace is a non-profit association

of Private Higher Education of General Interest.

In its construction, organization and governance, the school was designed from the outset to comply with the recommendations of the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieurs (CTI).

Its organization is based around :

A Board of Directors made up of the school’s founding members. Representatives of companies and professional institutions, as well as graduates and students, are invited to attend.

The mission of the School Council is to provide information on the various projects concerning the school, to gather the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders, and to share a collective vision of the school.

A Management Committee, an operational body present on both campuses. This committee brings together the directors of the various departments under the aegis of the Managing Director.

A Scientific Advisory Board with a dual mission:

Evaluate the quality of the scientific work carried out by ELISA Aerospace’s teacher-researchers and PhD students.

Support the development of research within the school. This support mission consists of facilitating partnership opportunities between the school and the institutions represented by each of its members, circulating offers of teaching-research or thesis positions within the research network, and more generally contributing to the school’s reputation through its research activities.

A Development Council made up of members of the Executive Committee, directors of partner engineering schools and professionals from research and industry. This council is consulted on the development of teaching content.
